Observation

During the course of the complaint assessment, Licensor Champney concluded there was enough information available to determine more likely than not a licensing violation occurred. Licensor concluded based on the evidence the staff inappropriately rough handled the child by grabbing, shaking and shoving child as a form of discipline.
